Tender Notice for Organizing Ajrak Exhibition at Karachi Opportunity closed

AHAN is arranging an AJRAK EXHIBITION at Karachi for which Separate Technical & Financial Sealed Proposals/ Quotations are invited from reputed companies with experience of organizing Events of International Standards in Pakistan. Details of Services required, Terms & Conditions and documents to be submitted are as under:

Required Services:

1. Logo design - Printing for Branding
2. Label Design - Printing
3. Packaging Design and Printing
4. Arrangement of Venue for exhibition
5. Arrangement of Decoration at Venue
6. Media Campaign for the Exhibition
7. Brochure Design & Printing
8. Invitations (Design & Printing) for the Exhibition
9. Photography during Exhibition

(Technical Proposal):

• Company Profile clearly detailing followings:
• Relevant Experience with list of clients. 
• Capabilities with respect to personnel, equipment and setup.
• Details of other services provided and overall experience of firm.
• Undertaking on the company letterhead that the company is not blacklisted by any firm or government department.

(Financial Proposal):

• Prices for each service required must be indicated separately along with specifications of material ( where applicable)
• Price must be inclusive of all taxes.
• Price Quoted must be valid till 28 February 2009.
• All government taxes/levies will be deducted at the time of making payment.

Terms & Conditions:

• Sealed Quotations (Technical & Financial Separately) should reach at the below mentioned address with in 15 days of placement of this advertisement on PPRA website. Closing Time is 12:00 noon on 15th day from Placement date of this advertisement on PPRA Website.

• The envelopes shall be marked as “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” and “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” in bold and legible letters to avoid confusion.
  
  
• Technical Proposals will be opened at the below mentioned address after 30 minutes of closing time( at 12:30 pm) on the 15th day of placement of this advertisement on PPRA website, in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who are available.
  
  
• AHAN will evaluate the technical proposal, without reference to the price and on the basis of provided evaluation criteria (can be seen at PPRA & AHAN website or a copy can be obtained from below mentioned address during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 5:30PM) and results will be announced in presence of bidders on same day of opening at 3:00pm
  
  
• During the technical evaluation no amendments in the technical proposal will be permitted.
  
  
• Financial proposals of the Top Three Technically Accepted Bids Only will be opened at 3:30pm on same day of tender opening in presence of technically qualified bidders.
  
  
• The financial proposals of bids found technically non-responsive will be returned un-opened to the respective bidders.
  
  
• 70 % weight age will be given Top 3 Technically accepted bids and 30% to their respective financial bids & lowest evaluated bid will be accepted.

AHAN reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids

NOTE: Closing date of the tender is 25-11-08 at 12:00pm and tender will open on the same date at 12:30pm.
